In June 2019, for the third time annual awards were granted as part of the “Optima Program – My idea for …”
This year, by the decision of the Board, the award went to Piotr Piorunowski, thanks to which we implemented the idea of using a palladium catalyst separator to separate different fractions.

About the Optima program
Optima is a program implemented in PCC Group companies in Brzeg Dolny.
Its aim is to provide the right level of safety, order in the workplace, eliminate losses and wastage, as well as continuously improve the introduced solutions. Our goal is the optimization of processes related to Company’s activities, reduction of failure rates, maximization of safetiness, efficient and transparent communication as well as continuous improvement.
